We are always trying to make sure our customers get the best customer service and the best prices on the products we sell. If you find an identical product (same size and color) at a lower price and in stock on another site we will match the price.
Here's the way it works:
Place the order at our current price.
When you receive your order confirmation, REPLY ALL with a direct link to the exact product at the other website.
We will adjust the price and send you a coupon for 10% off on your next purchase.
The product must be identical and a current season model. That means the exact same size and color. It must also be in stock on the competitor's site. We will only match the price after shipping. If the competitor makes up for lower prices with higher shipping, the refund will be reduced by the higher shipping charge.
We do not refund tax. We also do not match shipping. So, if we charged a higher rate for shipping from our warehouse, we cannot match a lower cost shipping option.
Please call us at 800-SKI-SHOP (754-7467) or REPLY ALL to the confirmation email to get the process started. You have up to 48 hours after placing the order to request a price match.
We cannot match other offers such as gifts with purchase, coupons, rebates, clubs, or any other promotions.
We also cannot offer price matches for:
Non approved retailers (Store must be listed as an official dealer by the manufacturer)
Auctions. We cannot match any websites that offer auctions.
Used products. We will not match any item offered as used.
Closeout items. Only in-season items are available for matching.
Prices outside the US.

We also reserve the right to accept the item for return instead of price matching. If we chose to accept the return, we will accept the return at our expense as long as all criteria of our return policy is met.
RETAIL STORE MATCHING
Alternatively to our website's price match guarantee, we offer an in-store price match against any store within 100 miles of a Massey's Outfitters location.
Recogonizing that the full service, in-store, instant satisfaction experience is different from the phone or web order process, a different set of rules apply.
Here's the way it works:
Bring all supporting collateral with you to make your purchase. Flyers, catalog pages, price list. (Must have competitor's logo)
We will verify the items are in stock by calling the competitor.
We will match the price at checkout.
Again, the IDENTICAL size and color product must be verifiably in-stock at the competitor. It must be a current season's style. All of the rules listed above will apply. Plus, we reserve the right to not honor the price match in circumstances that will be determined by our managers (such as going out of business sales). We do not match gifts with purchase, coupons given for actions (such as sign up for email), store clubs, or rebates.
